These terms govern your use of Imbuesoft's services and any project engagement with Imbuesoft LLP. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms.
Services Covered
IT consulting, custom software development, web and mobile application development, AI/ML integration, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation engagements.
Proposals and Agreements
All quotations and project proposals are subject to scope confirmation and require mutual written agreement before work begins.
Intellectual Property
All code, designs, architectures, and concepts produced by Imbuesoft remain the property of Imbuesoft unless explicitly transferred in a signed written agreement.
WhatsApp Consent
By initiating contact or engaging with Imbuesoft via WhatsApp, users consent to receiving service-related messages, project updates, and support communications through that channel.
Third-Party Services
Delivered solutions may incorporate third-party APIs, cloud platforms, and payment gateways; those services are governed by their own terms and conditions.
Liability
Imbuesoft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, data loss arising from third-party system failures, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of an engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat.
